DIINHUB acts as an intermediary in the acquisition of tickets, on behalf and for the account of the user.
DIINHUB is a licensee and sells direct access to digital content (audio guides and others), as well as other tourist and cultural products and services.
The tickets are not sold by DIINHUB but managed on behalf of the user, except in cases of direct licensing.
The price shown on the site may include:
Official ticket amount.
Price for access to digital content.
Price for other digital services and products.
Management fees.
Payment method commissions.

This circumstance will not be the responsibility of this company and therefore, it will be understood that you have correctly received the contracted service, and the impossibility of accessing due to error or untruthfulness of the data entered during the purchase process will be solely the responsibility of the buyer.
It will be understood that the service has been correctly provided when the buyer receives in their email the accesses to the contracted products and services.
5. Prices, payment methods, and billing
All prices include taxes unless otherwise indicated.

6. Right of withdrawal

DIINHUB will clearly inform whether an activity allows cancellation and under what conditions. Otherwise, the purchase is firm from the moment of payment.

The cancellation conditions vary depending on the activity.
In case of cancellation by the Museum or Monument, the conditions established by the Museum or Monument itself will apply.
DIINHUB does not offer date changes for products or tickets.
Refunds are not allowed once tickets are issued, unless expressly stated.
8. User obligations
Enter correct data during the reservation process.
Show up promptly with the ticket and identification document.
Do not resell or transfer the ticket without authorization.
Comply with the rules of the monument or organizing entity.
9. Disclaimer
DIINHUB will not be responsible for:
Changes in schedule, capacities, or access decided by the monuments.
Suspensions due to weather conditions or force majeure.
Conduct of the staff at the visited site.
Flight losses or associated travel expenses.
Unavailability of tickets for the day or time chosen by the buyer during the purchasing process.
If tickets are sold out in the period between the purchase date and time on our website and the date and time when our staff makes the purchase in the Museum or Monument Ticketing system, the buyer will be sent tickets for the nearest subsequent date to the chosen date and equally to the nearest subsequent time to the selected time.
